We are looking for a candidate with the following:

  • High professional standards and expectations
  • Excellent teaching and classroom practice
  • Knowledge of curriculum developments, assessment procedures and educational initiatives within a specialist SEND setting
  • The ability to lead a team of support staff and to inspire, challenge and motivate others across the school
  • Commitment to making a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school.
