Salary: MPS/UPS (Plus SEN - depending on experience)
Hours: 32.5
Start Date: 1st September 2026
We are seeking a skilled and committed teacher to lead our specialist resource provision, Bumblebees, following the promotion of our current lead teacher to SENDCo. This is an exciting opportunity to build on an already strong provision within a school that is proud of its inclusive practice.
Bumblebees opened in September 2025 and is already a well-established and valued part of our school community. The children in the provision are a wonderful group and have made excellent progress. We are looking for someone with the energy and passion for SEND and inclusion to continue developing the provision and securing the very best outcomes for every child.
This role is about building on success. You will be supported by two highly experienced SEND teaching assistants who will remain in the provision, as well as a SENDCo with first-hand knowledge of Bumblebees. Our wider staff team works closely together to ensure that all children feel part of the school community and are able to thrive.
We are proud of the role Bumblebees plays within our school. It sits at the heart of our inclusive ethos and we are looking for a teacher who will continue to develop the strong practice already in place, working collaboratively with colleagues, families and external partners.
Visits are warmly welcomed and encouraged so that you can see the provision in action, meet our children and experience the supportive and inclusive environment we have created.
Closing Date: 13th April 2026
Interviews: 17th April 2026
