We are actively seeking to recruit a member of staff with the vision, enthusiasm and resilience to support pupils with a variety of need in overcoming their barriers to learning.

We are looking for 0.66 teacher to develop an SEND Hub for children in years 5 and 6. This provision will cater for pupils with significant cognitive and learning difficulties every morning, whilst providing them with access to a rich curriculum within a mainstream setting.

You will be working with a small class of approximately 8 children, delivering English and Maths teaching to them every day. You will be supported by at least one teaching assistant.

The role is open to applicants who have the relevant experience to deliver the fundamental building blocks of reading, writing and maths. The young people in the provision are likely to be working at around Year 2 – 4 age related expectations.

This is a part-time, fixed term position until August 31st 2025 working 0.66, 39 weeks per year, Monday – Friday 08:30-12:30 (Teaching).
