What skills and experience we're looking for

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Teaching qualification/DfE recognition
  • A Batchelor’s degree in Spanish/native speaker

EXPERIENCE

  • Successful teaching experience in a mainstream school/successful completion of teaching practices
  • Evidence of meeting all the teacher standards and judged to be good or outstanding in all areas
  • Evidence of a commitment to equal opportunities and inclusion
  • Evidence of having taken responsibility for your own continuing professional development

KNOWLEDGE

  • Up to date knowledge and understanding of the current national education agenda
  • A knowledge of the safeguarding of children
  • A thorough working knowledge of the National Curriculum as it relates to the teacing of PE and its associated assessment methods
  • An clear understanding of how children and adults learn effectively
  • Confident in the use of ICT
