Your Role Will Include:
  • Delivering tailored teaching programmes for individuals and groups
  • Setting and reviewing academic and personal/social targets
  • Collaborating with the SENDCO, class teachers, and support staff
  • Supporting transitions and offering SEN expertise to mainstream schools
  • Building strong relationships with parents/carers to foster confidence and engagement
