What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a committed and caring individual to join our enthusiastic and friendly Early Years team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our youngest learners. The successful candidate will provide high-quality learning support across the Early Years setting and will also carry out medical interventions to support individual pupil needs.

A key responsibility of this role will be to carry out clean intermittent catheterisation. Full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and well-equipped to deliver this aspect of care.

We are looking for someone who is dedicated, reliable, and has high expectations for all children – including their progress, attainment, attitudes, and behaviour. A positive team spirit and a nurturing approach are essential, as is a genuine commitment to supporting every child to thrive.
