Phoenix School is expanding its therapy team and is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Speech & Language Therapists to join our outstanding provision for autistic students aged 3-19. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our new service, working alongside the Phoenix Outreach Team to support Phoenix Specialist Classrooms in Tower Hamlets.

The Role
As a Speech & Language Therapist, you will:
- Work creatively and collaboratively, using our extensive resources and expert support
- Manage your own caseload with supervision from senior therapists
- Plan, deliver and train professional in running engaging and innovative therapeutic interventions
- Embed communication and interaction opportunities across school environments and the specialist classrooms
- Support students’ emotional regulation, resilience, and wellbeing
- Train and upskill a range of education professionals in neuro-affirming communication strategies and best practices
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create meaningful outcomes
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community
