The OpportunityWe are expanding our multidisciplinary therapy provision and are seeking Speech & Language Therapists at all levels to join our teams across Hampshire & Bucks , including an exciting Senior Speech & Language Therapist leadership opportunity.

About the RolesSpeech & Language Therapist / Specialist Speech & Language TherapistYou will play a key role in establishing and developing speech and language therapy provision across the Trust.
You will:
- Deliver specialist, outcome-focused interventions for pupils with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs (SLCN)
- Embed communication strategies across the curriculum to support access to learning
- Work collaboratively with staff, families, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach
- Contribute to staff training and professional development, supporting a whole-school approach to SLCN
In this key leadership role, you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of a specialist speech and language therapy service for pupils with highly complex needs
- Provide advanced clinical expertise and oversee therapy provision across your site
- Embed communication strategies across the curriculum at a strategic level
- Deliver and oversee training, supervision, and staff development
- Coordinate multidisciplinary working and contribute to service development and quality assurance
- Provide clinical leadership within your area of responsibility
We are looking for passionate professionals who bring:
- A recognised qualification in Speech & Language Therapy with HCPC and RCSLT registration
- Experience working with children and young people with ASC, SEMH, and complex communication needs
- Strong communication, organisational, and collaborative working skills
For senior roles, you will also demonstrate:
- Significant clinical experience
- Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
- A passion for developing others and driving high-quality, outcome-focused practice
