Full-Time, Term Time Only + training days (39 weeks per year)

Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 16:45 and Friday 08:30 – 15:30

About You

To be a great fit for this role you will;

  • Hold (or be working towards) a HLTA qualification (or have QTS)
  • Have experience working with children and young people, ideally including delivery of PE, sport, or physical activity
  • Have experience of leading whole-class sessions (required for HLTA level) and delivering evidenced based interventions and accelerated learning
  • Be confident leading whole-class sessions and small group interventions
  • Understand the varying needs of pupils and know how to implement inclusive, active approaches to learning
  • Be a positive, proactive team player with a genuine enthusiasm for promoting sport and wellbeing across the curriculum

We have been recognised for our high quality curriculum provision through the many awards that we have achieved, including: Arts Mark Gold; Sports Games Gold; Eco Schools Bronze; Healthy School Award Bronze and we are working to achieve the Carnegie Mental Health Award.
