What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Manage the organisation and supervision of the holiday club provision
  • Be required to plan and implement high quality, stimulating care and creative play opportunities for children during school holidays
  • Promote positive values, attitudes and good pupil behaviour
  • Have experience of safeguarding and dealing with confidential matters
  • Have supervisory responsibility for a small team overseeing staffing requirements and giving instruction where necessary
  • Be a positive, hardworking and friendly team player
  • Previous experience of working with early years and school age children and managing a before and after school club / holiday club is essential.

Further details about the role

We are seeking an inspirational, dedicated, and enthusiastic manager to lead our thriving holiday club, which provides high-quality provision for children within the school holidays.

You will be required to work through the school holidays providing out of school holiday care for children from Nursery to Year 6. Administration, planning and preparation time will be required within term time, to be agreed.

Holidays would have to be taken in school term time.

Previous experience of working with early years and school age children and managing a before and after school club / holiday club is essential.
