The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Lead for School Improvement to join our School Improvement Team. Reporting to the Executive Principal for School Improvement, this role will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to raise standards across our family of schools.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Driving the effectiveness of teaching and learning strategies across the Academy.
  • Leading curriculum development and ensuring its impact on pupil progress and attainment.
  • Delivering key aspects of the School Improvement Strategy.
  • Supporting new teachers through ECT support and mentorship
  • Developing future teachers through strategic partnerships with training providers (SCITT providers/Universities/Apprentice providers)

  • A proven track record of school improvement and leadership within the education sector.
  • Deep understanding of curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment practices.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing teachers at all career stages.
  • Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commitment to promoting and living out the Catholic ethos and mission of the Academy.
