This pivotal role focuses on engaging students and their families to overcome barriers to attendance and promote positive engagement with school life.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students and families to encourage regular attendance.
  • Collaborate with school staff and external agencies to support students facing attendance challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce reports for the senior leadership team.
  • Support the school's safeguarding and wellbeing initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • A commitment to student welfare and the ability to identify and address trends affecting attendance.
