Student Engagement Assistant job summary
IKB Academy and Wellsway School are seeking a motivated, organised and positive minded Student Engagement Assistant to join our Pastoral Team. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships with young people to support them, engage with school life and support available, flourish and reach their true potential. You’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team who are committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
