What skills and experience we're looking for
Join our team as a Student Support Officer and make a real difference in students' lives! We’re looking for someone passionate about supporting young people’s well-being, academic progress, and personal development. In this role, you'll develop and implement pastoral strategies to meet students' diverse needs, provide crucial mental health support, and be a key link between school, families, and external agencies.This is a full-time, term-time only post on a fixed-term contract working Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am until 4pm.
With responsibilities that include providing one-on-one support for students facing emotional or behavioural challenges, coordinating with families, and working closely with external support agencies, you'll play a pivotal role in helping students overcome obstacles and thrive.
