What skills and experience we're looking for

This is a very exciting opportunity to join the Student Services Team at Trafalgar School. You would be working alongside the Student Services Manager, Deputy Student Services Manager and a team of two Student Services Assistants.

The Student Services Department is an extremely important part of #teamtrafalgar and works extremely hard to ensure that our students are provided with the very best support possible.

Key Purposes:

To assist in maintaining the school’s Data and Information Systems, ensuring that all systems are up to date and serve their purpose.

To assist in maintaining grade sets and producing analysis reports for Staff when required

To take a lead role in the administration of Student Services, Trips, Attendance, Admissions, Medical and Welfare, Parents Evenings and RAPs and Rewards, whilst supporting the other roles.

To ensure students and staff receive First Aid support of the highest quality.

Student welfare needs are provided for at all times.

Liaise with Senior Managers to ensure student needs are catered for.

To deputise for the Deputy Student Services Manager in their absence.

To take a key role in the Student Services Team in fulfilling the roles below.
