What skills and experience we're looking for

▪ Experience of working in a front-facing customer service or administrative role, preferably within a school or educational setting

▪ Confident in the use of IT systems including Microsoft Office, email, internet, and Management Information Systems (MIS) such as BromCom

▪ Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively

▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of people

▪ Experience in dealing with confidential information in a discreet and professional manner

▪ Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism ▪ Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and an understanding of the importance of child protection in an educational environment

▪ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and as part of a team

▪ Understanding of the importance of a professional front-of-house presence and first impressions

▪ Experience of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment

▪ A helpful, positive, and approachable manner with a focus on providing excellent customer service ▪ Commitment to supporting the school’s vision, values, and ethos
