Your role:

As a Student Supervisor at Queen Katharine Academy, you will work with the Year Teams to ensure high levels of support for students throughout the day. You will supervise and monitor students during break and lunch times, both indoors and outdoors, and assist with the effective management of students. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining effective relationships with students, reporting concerns to the appropriate staff, and supporting the overall care and welfare of students. You will also assist with administrative duties, maintain office systems, and support the distribution of student reports.

To excel in this role, you will need strong communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and practical knowledge of IT packages. Experience in a school environment and working with young people is desirable. You should be able to work flexibly, follow clear instructions, and demonstrate a high level of initiative and integrity. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
