Student Support Assistant job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to be part of our pastoral team as a Student Support Assistant at Bradon Forest School. This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities.

The ideal candidate will facilitate, support and encourage all students to achieve their potential, work with colleagues to support high standards of behaviour and attainment whilst maintaining a positive and thriving school environment for our learners.
