Actual Salary: £17,831 - £23,066 per annum

The post:
Broadway Academy is seeking to appoint a Student Support Assistant to work with our Student Support Managers.
The purpose of the role is to support pastoral and teaching staff in maintaining high standards of behaviour, attendance and progress. The post holder will be responsible for the management of student attendance, care, support and guidance. They will also be actively involved in the development and implementation of innovative strategies to ensure that our students achieve their full potential whilst at Broadway Academy.
The pastoral team:
The Academy has a very strong pastoral system and team, which has been recognised by many external bodies, including most recently the Minister of Police and the PCC.
The posts will provide an exciting opportunity for successful candidates to make a real difference to our students.
