What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and inspirational Student Support Leader to join a dedicated pastoral team. This post is suitable for an experienced individual with a passion for promoting student success and wellbeing. This is a non-teaching (support staff) role.

The postholder will be responsible for the pastoral wellbeing of the students within the designated year group(s), undertaking all roles of behaviour, safeguarding, attendance, wellbeing, rewards, and pupil premium for this group of students. Excellent communication skills are an integral part of this role.
