About You:
The Hart School is seeking a compassionate and resilient Student Support Officer to join our dedicated Pastoral Team, acting as a trusted advocate for our students and helping them realise their full potential. In this vital role, you will play a key part in promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing, offering consistent support and guidance. Working closely with the wider pastoral team, you will be an approachable presence throughout the school day, ready to listen, respond to challenges, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
Our Ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of working with children demonstrating challenging behaviour.
- Demonstrate the ability to build strong and effective relationships with students, staff and parents.
- Be empathetic, proactive and have high expectations for every student.
