About this Role

Are you a compassionate, calm, and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for someone to join our busy Pastoral team, where no two days are the same and every interaction has the opportunity to make a positive impact.

In this rewarding role, you'll be at the heart of student support, providing a welcoming first point of contact for young people seeking assistance with medical needs, wellbeing, and mental health concerns. You'll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and reassuring environment, helping students feel heard and cared for throughout the school day.

The ability to remain calm under pressure, particularly during busy periods, is essential. If you're an excellent communicator with empathy, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting young people, we'd love to hear from you.

Closing Date: Monday 13th July 2026.
