Salary: £28,617 - £29,436 (FTE)

We are looking for someone with a calm, confident and helpful manner to support our students primarily with first aid but also other student welfare issues. They will have excellent communication skills and have a flexible, methodical approach to work and enjoy multitasking on a daily basis in a busy environment. Part of the day will also be on our school reception, greeting visitors to the school and answering and directing phone calls.
Previous experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
The School is in the heart of Chessington close to the train station and bus links. You will be joining an energetic and dedicated team of colleagues working to provide exceptional service to our staff and a group of diverse and rewarding young people.
The successful candidate will:
- Work with the Operations and School Leadership teams to support excellent communications with the school wider communities.
- Be eager to learn, professional and be keen to progress in the roles of our Operations team
- Support the school Operations Team by taking on and developing skills in a range of school administration areas.
- Assist with school reception duties liaising with parents, students and members of the public.
