Are you a passionate Science educator with the ambition to lead and inspire others? We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Director of Science to join our successful Trust and play a key role in continuing to raise standards for our students. For an exceptional candidate, there may also be the opportunity to take on an Executive Trust-wide role in science, extending your impact beyond Brompton Academy.
As a middle leader you will lead a committed Science team, shaping an engaging and ambitious curriculum that drives strong outcomes for all learners. You will inspire both staff and students, promote high expectations, and ensure Science teaching across the department is impactful, inclusive, and aspirational.

You will be based at Brompton Academy, a highly oversubscribed secondary school serving the Medway community. Recently judged Good by Ofsted and celebrating our strongest-ever outcomes at Key Stages 4 and 5, the academy is on a clear upward trajectory.
