What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a dedicated Teacher of English to join our team in Ipswich, delivering engaging lessons across KS2, KS3 and KS4. For a strong candidate, there is an opportunity to take on Subject Lead responsibilities, supporting the development of English across the provision.

You will work with students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD and additional needs, adapting teaching to meet diverse abilities and delivering a mix of 1:1 and small-group support. A strong understanding of literacy development, including KS2 curriculum and phonics, is desirable.

The role involves working closely with parents, colleagues and external professionals to promote academic progress, confidence and emotional regulation in a nurturing environment.
