We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Subject Leader for Music—someone who will ignite a love of music across the academy, raise standards, and build a vibrant musical culture that every student can access and be proud of.

About the Role
As Subject Leader for Music, you will:
- Lead and model exceptional teaching and learning in Music
- Develop and implement a coherent, ambitious curriculum
- Drive high expectations and strong outcomes for all students
- Lead the strategic development of Music across the academy
- Coordinate peripatetic provision to ensure high-quality, inclusive access
- Develop a wide-ranging enrichment programme
- Lead on performances, concerts, and productions
- Build strong partnerships within the trust and wider community
- Contribute to the wider success of the Creative Arts Faculty
