The successful candidate will have a track record that demonstrates their ability to achieve exceptional outcomes for students in Geography, alongside the passion and drive to lead and develop a curriculum area.

Crofton is an oversubscribed, happy and successful 11-16 Foundation School with around 1000 students, serving the village of Stubbington and the surrounding area.
We take great pride in the high standards achieved by our students – they leave us as happy, well-qualified, confident and well-motivated young citizens and we are delighted that so many go on to excel in local sixth-forms, colleges, universities and the wider world.
As a school, we are motivated by a sense of the moral seriousness of what schools do; by a conviction that education, while important, should also be fun; by a belief that schools should be inclusive communities in which everyone is equally valued; and by a determination that we should not tolerate underachievement.
