Subject Leader of Business job summary

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated teacher of Business Studies?

Are you ready for the challenge of leading the development of Business Studies at Epping St. John's?

We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified professional who is both passionate and knowledgeable to teach and lead the development of Business Studies. This post will include a subject leadership responsibility (TLR 2B), in a subject with strong uptake in examination courses with potential for further growth in the future.

You will:

be experienced in and have a good understanding of BTECs, particularly Extended Certificate (Single) and BTEC Diploma (Double) as well as Business A-Level Edexcel

have had significant impact on student attainment

be able to motivate and challenge learners of all abilities

have the resolve and enthusiasm to make a real difference to the lives of pupils
