As Subject Leader, you will play a key role in driving high standards while fostering a love of learning within
the department. You will be supported by a committed senior leadership team who value innovation, invest
in staff development and recognise the importance of an engaging curriculum. At Light Hall, you will work
with enthusiastic, respectful students who are eager to perform and succeed, alongside dedicated colleagues
who are passionate about delivering high-quality teaching.
With our recently opened sixth form, there are exciting opportunities to further develop Business Studies
across Key Stage 5, including the growth of enterprise pathways, enrichment options and real-world business
