What skills and experience we're looking for

York High School is looking to appoint an inspirational Subject Leader for IT and Business Studies, with a proven record of outstanding outcomes for young people. The successful candidate will join our Technology and Health faculty, which comprises Design Technology, Food Technology, Child Development, Health and Social Care and Computing.

You must have the ability to teach across the age and ability range, and inspire, motivate and challenge young people. This role requires the delivery of Computing and iMedia, with the view to also offering Business Studies as a key stage 4 option in the near future. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be committed to contributing to the personal development of all the young people we teach.
