What skills and experience we're looking for
The Royal School is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Mathematics teacher to lead this key department from April 2024 in our heavily oversubscribed all-through, day and boarding free school. The aptitude and willingness to teach a range of abilities from ages 11-18 is essential. The ability and enthusiasm to teach with a flair and passion is crucial as well as a flexibility to contribute within the department and to the development of a love of mathematics from Reception to Y13. We are looking for the best candidate to join the team so all applications are welcome and the ability to teach up to A level would be desired. This is a significant leadership role and the successful candidate will be a part of the core academic team with the Vice Principal and subject leaders of English and science.
