What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint three motivated and ambitious Subject Specialists Teaching Assistants of Special Educational Needs, one to specialise in Math & Numeracy, one in English and one in Science.

You will be working as part of our SEND team that supports the need of our SEND students who have moderate to severe learning difficulties including those with an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP). The successful candidate will also work with KS4 low ability students, and have teaching qualifications linked to their specialism.

Combining subject knowledge with an expertise in particular areas of need (such as ASD, ADHD,Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, SEMH and SLCN) is essential.
