What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to increase our bank of Supply Learning Support Assistants to work on a flexible basis to support in the classroom. We are able to offer flexible hours and working arrangements.
Our main school site is located in Woodley, Reading and we also have a smaller Early Years Centre located in Farley Hill. We have opportunities for supply work at both sites and are interested to hear from applicants who can work at Woodley, Farley Hill or either site with prior notice.
You will be providing support in the classroom to enable a high quality education for the pupils of Addington School and will be allocated to classes to cover staff absences.
With a flexible approach, you will have the ability to adapt to working with a range of pupils, will have a caring and positive attitude and will be committed to getting the best outcomes for our pupils. You will have previous experience of working with children with special educational needs and disabilities and we are keen to hear from applicants with early years experience.
