CWA Austen is a unique co-educational school for students aged 5-16 with a primary diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). We are committed to helping every child thrive, build confidence, and develop the skills they need for a successful future.
As Support Manager, you will:
- Play an active role in managing student behaviour day-to-day.
- Support the Team Leader in implementing behavioural interventions.
- Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, families, and external agencies.
- Provide care, guidance, and encouragement in a safe, nurturing environment.
