  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support lesson setup, health and safety procedures, and smooth facility operation.
  • Uphold safeguarding practices and contribute to a secure environment where children and young people can thrive.

About you

  • A Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification (Swim England or STA equivalent).
  • A strong understanding of health and safety in a pool environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate and support swimmers.
  • A positive, organised and learner‑centred approach.

  • Flexibility to work some evening and weekend shifts

It would also be great if you have:

  • A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or willingness to train in future.
