Pay scale

Grade 5, SCP 12-15: £19,750 – £22,036. This is the final salary after the pro-rata calculation has been completed, to account for the role being term-time only, plus a holiday allowance, equating to being paid for 44.28 weeks per year.

The successful candidate will be expected to support the development and education of our young people both in and out of the classroom, using intervention and de-escalation techniques where required.
