We are looking for a skilled candidate who is committed to our vision and values, is reliable and resilient, and is passionate about helping our children to thrive.

We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated individuals who work well as part of a team and are committed to supporting the diverse needs of our pupils.

If you are motivated caring, and driven to inspire young minds, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and teach well-structured lessons to assigned classes, following the school’s plans, curriculum and schemes of work.
  • Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievements of assigned pupils, making accurate and productive use of assessment.
  • Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils and demonstrate good subject and National Curriculum knowledge.
  • Maintain good order and discipline among pupils, managing behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues on curriculum and pupil development to secure co-ordinated outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the school’s policies, practices and procedures, to support the school’s values and vision.

The successful applicant will have a high level of expertise of the National Curriculum and its effective delivery. They will demonstrate a sound understanding of children’s attitudes and achievements, along with proven experience in developing and implementing effective behaviour management strategies.

Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be eligible to work in the UK.
