What skills and experience we're looking for

PLEASE NOTE: The successful candidate will be based in one of our Federation Schools. The location and year group for the successful candidate will be determined following discussion and dependent on the experience of the successful candidate.

The Corpus Christi Federation is looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative teacher for September 2025. This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated, inspirational teacher who exudes passion and enthusiasm for the education of young people, to further develop in one of our fast-improving schools.

Our school members and staff team have a strong sense of community, moral purpose and strive to foster good relationships with parents. Our school community works together as a team and is also committed to working collaboratively in partnership as a Federation and across our wider community. The Federation schools are small schools with a PAN of 20; the schools are a central part of the community. The schools are on a journey of improvement, and we are looking for a class teacher to support us in achieving the consistent and high-quality education we are striving for.

We have an experienced and supportive team; ECTs are welcomed to apply for this position.

Commitment to safeguarding

The Governors of Corpus Christi Schools are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and applicants will undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers.
The role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS certificate, the role is engaged in regulated activity and will therefore require a children’s barred list check.
