An exciting opportunity has arisen for two part-time (0.5 FTE) teachers to join either Place Farm Primary Academy or Coupals Primary Academy at a time of growth and development across both schools. We are seeking skilled, committed and child‑centred teachers with a strong interest and experience in SEND, Nursery, EYFS and Key Stage 1, who are passionate about making a difference for our youngest and most vulnerable learners. • Work directly within our Nursery provision, supporting high‑quality early learning experiences.
  • Spend part of the week teaching and supporting learning in EYFS and/or Key Stage 1.
  • Work closely with class teachers, SENDCo and leaders to ensure provision is well planned, inclusive and impactful.
  • Contribute fully to assessment, planning, review and communication with families, in line with a teacher’s professional responsibilities.
  • Responsibilities will be commensurate with a teacher’s role, with a clear focus on inclusive practice, high expectations and strong outcomes for pupils.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is a qualified teacher with experience in Nursery, EYFS, KS1 and/or SEND.
  • Has strong knowledge of early child development and inclusive practice.
  • Is skilled in delivering targeted interventions and adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
  • Values collaboration and works effectively as part of a team.
  • Is reflective, motivated and committed to professional learning.
  • Shares our commitment to inclusion, equality and high aspirations for all pupils.

We Offer:

  • The opportunity to work in one of our supportive and inclusive schools within a strong and values‑driven trust.
  • A chance to help shape and develop SEND and early years provision during an exciting period of growth and development.
  • A welcoming, collaborative staff team who place children at the heart of everything they do.
  • Access to high‑quality professional development through Unity Schools Partnership.
  • A role where your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on children and families.
