- Has strong knowledge of early child development and inclusive practice.
- Is skilled in delivering targeted interventions and adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
- Values collaboration and works effectively as part of a team.
- Is reflective, motivated and committed to professional learning.
- Shares our commitment to inclusion, equality and high aspirations for all pupils.
We Offer:
- The opportunity to work in one of our supportive and inclusive schools within a strong and values‑driven trust.
