Teacher job summary
We are seeking an outstanding primary school teacher to join our strong and supportive teaching team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to further develop their pedagogy and take their teaching to the next level.
Our school has high ambitions for both our children and community, and we are looking for a teacher who shares these aspirations and can inspire excellence in the classroom. The successful candidate will benefit from extensive leadership support, mentoring, and guidance, as well as access to a wide range of professional development opportunities.
We are willing to offer a Teaching and Learning TLR for the right candidate, which will initially involve supporting the improvement of teaching and learning across the school: in-class support, team teaching, support with planning and pedagogy. This TLR will be flexible and based on the school priorities for that academic year (including subject leadership where needed) so we are looking for a teacher who has a wealth of experience and teaching quality to offer.
