32.5 hrs per week, term time only plus 5 INSET days

Addington School is part of Ascendancy Partnership Trust, a multi-academy trust with deep community roots across the Berkshire area composed of a family of SEN schools all specialising in learning difficulties.

We are looking for:

A Teacher Assistant who can work alongside our teachers and support with providing a high quality education for our pupils

Applicants with previous experience of working with pupils with special needs who can support and be involved with all class activities including working with small groups of children across all key stages

Skilled communicators who are sensitive to pupils’ needs who can interpret and adapt lessons for pupils to support in the delivery of educational programmes.
