Job description

We are looking for teachers who are able to inspire and motivate children to unlock their potential.
It is expected that all teaching staff will cultivate respect and good relationships between all children and adults involved in the school community to ensure a partnership approach; set high standards of classroom organisation, management and practice; support and develop the philosophy of the school; be prepared to offer curriculum specialism as a personal interest in order to contribute to the development of the school aims, policies and practice.

Recent experience of successful teaching, providing good to outstanding lessons on a daily basis.
Proven record of raising attainment in core subjects.
Good understanding of how children learn and the ability to plan lessons to meet the needs of all children.
Good Primary Curriculum knowledge and innovative application.
Knowledge and understanding of the monitoring, assessment, recording and reporting of pupils' progress.
Good behaviour management techniques.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Ability to personalise learning to enable all children to make progress.

Good team player with the ability to work in partnership with other members of the class team and able to establish and develop high quality relationships with parents, governors and the community.
