• Contract type: Fixed term - Up to Easter 2025 - Maternity or parental leave cover
• Pay scale: MPS to UPS as appropriate

What skills and experience we're looking for

The ideal candidate will-

• Be a qualified teacher
• Have experience of working with children with Special Education Needs (SEN), particularly children on the Autism Spectrum
• Ideally have experience of planning and implementing arts and crafts, DT and creative activities
• Have the ability to promote Positive Behaviour Support in a nurturing environment
• Be able to optimise the use of the onsite resources and facilities to design, deliver high quality and inspiring programmes to students at Woodley
• Assess and support students using a variety of digital methods to maximise learner potential
• Contribute to a high performing team through effective people management which ensures accountability and clarity of objectives and which utilises and develops the skills, knowledge and competencies of all staff members
• Participate fully in personal professional development
• Uphold the Schools behaviours and values at all times.
