We are seeking a new staff member for our EYFS/ Year 1 class where high-quality continuous provision for all is at the heart of what we do.
Our Early Years Foundation Stage is in a recently built dedicated space, which lends itself to achieving high quality provision, both inside and out. We are looking for a rigorous practitioner with a creative flare and zest to bring learning to life for all our pupils. You will be experienced and skillful in challenging each pupil, whatever their starting point, but in particular higher attaining children - using your strong pedagogical practice and philosophy, which underpins your approach to teaching. You will be used to working in positive and proactive ways, as well as collaborating with others, to drive high expectations, supporting the overall school improvement.

You will have the opportunity to develop your teaching and leadership skills in an environment that has a strong focus on CPD whatever career stage you are at. As a Church of England school, you will be happy to support the Anglican ethos through our school values. This post could lead to a permanent appointment, pending a possible review of roles, following the appointment of a new headteacher.
