Warren Wood School is part of the INSPIRE Connected Communities Trust providing specialist education for learners from EYFS to Post 16. We foster a culture of learning by ensuring mutual respect and a values-led approach to learning with an ethos based upon high quality teaching, nurture and support. We believe that all pupils can thrive and achieve their best through a rich and sequential curriculum with highly personalised learning pathways.

We are seeking to appoint a high-quality, committed, creative, enthusiastic and flexible teacher. The position available is based at Warren Wood School, Gainsborough which caters for pupils of a primary age. You would work in classes to teach pupils with a wide range of additional needs to enable all pupils and students to flourish.

Staff are based at an individual school, through a strengths based approach, however they are contracted to work for the Trust therefore may be required to work at any of the schools across the Trust.

We are looking for someone to join our team who:

o is an outstanding, enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to join a dynamic team committed to enhancing the learning and progress of all pupils/students in their care;

  • has an ability to articulate and share a vision of SEN education with all stakeholders;
  • has knowledge of what constitutes quality in educational provision, the characteristics of effective schools and strategies for promoting progress, raising standards and the achievement of all learners;
  • has experience of working with pupils/students with SEND and has a secure understanding of the requirements of the Primary and/or Secondary Curriculum & SEND;
  • has the ability to liaise, plan and deliver a multi-sensory curriculum alongside other members of the staff team.
  • has passed their ITT course and holds Qualified Teacher Status
