Ambition Community Trust are seeking a Teacher preferably with experience teaching pupils with Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) and/or Emotional, Behavioural and Social Difficulties (EBSD)  to join our committed and relationally inclusive team, helping them to re-engage with learning and build confidence through care, consistency, and creativity. We’re looking for a nurturing, relationally inclusive practitioner who can bring primary expertise into a specialist setting and who is passionate about inclusion and emotional well-being.

Castlefield Campus is a Special School for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. We have recently expanded our provision and now have a brand-new building which has been designed to deliver our therapeutic vision.

Our vision is to create a therapeutic, harmonious environment which promotes feelings of safety and security, to allow our pupils to explore, enjoy learning, and reach their full potential. Building a sense of community around the child.
