What skills and experience we're looking for

The right candidate will be driven by a moral compass, and be passionate about increasingchildren’s life chances by providing education that helps children to become confidentindividuals, successful learners and responsible citizens.

The suitable person will be highly aspirational in their approach and thinking, and have apositive impact on others. They will have a clear understanding and experience of inclusion andSEND. A good understanding of the EYFS framework and the primary national curriculum; andthe expected outcomes for pupils across the primary phase is essential.
