We are looking for a dedicated Teacher (MPR/UPR + SEN 1 allowance) to join our committed team at Kingfisher Special School, part of the Kingfisher Learning Trust.
About the Role
As a class teacher, you will:
- Inspire pupils by delivering high-quality, personalised learning experiences
- Lead a supportive class team, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and able to thrive
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to secure the best possible outcomes for our pupils
- Contribute to the wider development of the school community, promoting our values and ethos in everything you do
- Play a role in developing curriculum areas, driving innovation, and supporting staff development (unless an Early Career Teacher)
We are looking for someone who is:
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with a genuine passion for SEN education
- An excellent classroom practitioner who has high expectations for every learner
- Reflective, adaptable, and eager to grow through professional development
- Skilled at building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- Creative, resilient, and committed to inclusive education
