At St Cleer Primary Academy, part of the Bridge Schools Trust, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1.0 FTE Teacher to join our warm, ambitious, and forward-thinking team.

As a Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners across a range of abilities.
Create engaging classroom experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
Use adaptive teaching approaches to ensure every pupil is supported and challenged appropriately.
Work closely with colleagues, including teaching assistants and specialist staff, to provide targeted support and interventions where needed.
Contribute actively to the wider life of the school, leading enrichment opportunities and promoting our values across the community.
Reflect on and develop your practice within a trust that values collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience of working in KS1/KS2 is essential
  • A holistic approach and an understanding of attachment and childhood development are essential
  • Experience of leading a core curriculum subject such as Maths is desirable but not essential
  • Experience of being a DSL or DDSL is desirable but not essential

Pay grade offered is flexible dependant on teaching experience and core curriculum subject lead experience.
