An understanding/experience and love of teaching in KS1

  • An enthusiastic, approachable, friendly and positive attitude about their role in education and contribution to our whole school community.
  • Ability to work effectively, flexibly, and collaboratively with other staff members, families and the wider community.
  • Is able to deliver high quality first teaching.
  • Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies.
  • Is keen to support the ethos of a Church school.
  • Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare- both at home and in school.
  • Wanting to lead a subject/s and take the next step upon their career journey
